jak allo biomarker analysis

i did the biomarker analysis for the jak allo study, a french clinical trial looking at a jak inhibitor given to myelofibrosis patients before a stem cell transplant. the question was whether it improves how patients do around the transplant.

working with a research team at inserm, france's national public health-research agency (its equivalent of the nih), in paris, i analyzed a blood biomarker (dpp3) across patient plasma and serum samples in r: building the baseline cohort, splitting patients into high and low groups around the median, and comparing their characteristics and outcomes.

status: contributed analysis to an academic clinical study (jak allo, myelofibrosis).
