flare forecasts arthritis flare-ups before they happen. people with chronic conditions log how they feel, and the app learns their patterns and warns them when a bad day is coming, so they can plan around it instead of getting blindsided.

same core idea as everything i build: the environment acts on the body, and if you can see it coming you can adapt. flare is that thesis pointed at chronic illness instead of sport.
